HOW STAGING & AIRBNB DESIGN WORKS
Here at CPD, we meet with you, tour the house, take photos and start to get a sense of our design direction for your home. Whether we are staging your home or AIRBNB rental property, we treat your home staging as if it’s a “mini” interior design project. Because each home is different, we like to personally see each property before providing a quote.
. CPD offers affordable cafeteria-style pricing where you can select specific rooms you would like staged. There is a two month minimum lease agreement and can be extended monthly after the initial period.
